We want you to love your Meshki pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a size exchange, or a store credit with an additional bonus.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items and download the prepaid UK returns label provided by the portal, then affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed at our warehouse.
